- Isaac Kodom

is a successful Entrepreneur and Business Executive with over 18 years working experience. He is the Founder of AllTime Capital Limited and Co-founder of Bond Financial Services and Acacia Mutual Insurance Co. Ltd. He has significant experience in pioneering and growing businesses in the maritime, financial and insurance sectors. His ambition is exceptional and his business ideas are savvy enabling him to create business models that are not only unique but also profitable and makes difference in the business world. Isaac’s drive and ambition is revealed in the major transformations he has brought to organizations he leads namely Safebond Africa Ltd. and Selig Services Ltd. He has consistently achieved success in corporate performance. He serves on the Board of several high profile organisations. He is a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He holds MBA from the University of Hohenhein, Germany and has taken various leadership and professional training programs at Harvard Business School and Columbia University over the period. He is married with children.

- Mr. KroboEdusei Jnr.

Holds a Bachelors degree in Economics and MBA. He is an experienced and accomplished international businessman and entrepreneur with over 25 years working experience in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Group Executive Chairman in the oil, mining and port industries in Ghana, Nigeria and England. He has also established and headed a number of businesses including Carbon Energy Ltd, Nigeria, Carl Tiedemann Stevedoring (GH) Ltd, Safebond Company Ltd, and BOND among others. Krobo Edusei Jnr. is currently the Group Executive Chairman of Safebond Africa Ltd. The group is the current principal operator of the Tema and Takoradi ports in Ghana with operational offices in Sierra Leone and Liberia

- Kwame Adom-Frimpong

has several years of experience as a practicing accountant, insurer and financial management specialist. He is currently the Managing Director of Mainstream Reinsurance Company Limited. He joined Mainstream in September, 1999 as Director of Finance and Administration, and was attached to and trained in Insurance with Hannover Reinsurance Company Africa in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2000. He started his career as an accountant with Ghana Food Distribution Corporation (GFDC) and worked with ABC Brewery Company Limited as Senior Cost and Management Accountant. He joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants and worked for five years as Senior Audit Supervisor. From Coopers, he joined Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) as Accounts Manager and rose humbly and gracefully through the ranks to become Head of Internal Audit (Chief Internal Auditor). Prof. Adom-Frimpong holds two doctorate degrees, a Doctorate in Business Administration (Financial Management option – Banking and Finance) in November, 2001 and PhD in Economics in November 2004, all from University for Professional Studies, Acadia, United States of America. He obtained his MBA degree (Finance option) in 1997 from the University of Wales, Bangor, United Kingdom. He is a distinguished member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers and also a member of Institute of Data Processing and Management, U.K. Dr. Adom-Frimpong is also a part-time lecturer at University of Ghana Business School, Legon and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, (GIMPA) in Financial Management and Decision Making Accounting.

- Newton Brenya

is the Managing Director for Safebond Company Limited since 2006 to date. He is a former Deputy Managing Director for Carl Tiedeman Stevedoring Co. Ltd., Ghana from 2002 - 2006, Deputy Managing Director for Speedline Stevedoring Co. Ltd. from 1984 - 2001 and also a Manager in Grayston Limited in the United Kingdom. He holds a Masters Degree in Management Science from the University of Kent, Canterbury, United Kingdom, a post graduate diploma in Management Studies from the Kingston University, Surrey, United Kingdom and a distinction in Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from the South-West London College, Streathham, United Kingdom. Mr. Brenya serves as a board member for Safebond Company Ltd, and BOND


is the Chief Executive Officer of Bond Savings and Loans Limited (BOND), a leading non-bank financial institution in Ghana and also a member of its Board. He holds an MBA from Hull University in the UK and has 28 years experience in banking. He has previously worked extensively in high-level positions in three different banks in Ghana. George, first worked as an Investment Officer at Merchant Bank (Ghana) Ltd now UMB where he was responsible for the development of merchant banking products, project evaluation and appraisal, assisting in the identification of potential investors for projects, offering advice on investment opportunities, privatization, and mergers and acquisition transactions. Mr. Ofosuhene in 1992 joined the former Meridian BIAO Bank (now part of Ecobank Group) as Deputy Head of the Corporate Finance Department where he successfully provided corporate finance advisory services and structured various financial packages for clients, before moving up to Head of Corporate Finance/Credits at the bank in 1994. The CEO of BOND was the Executive Director, Credit & Marketing, of First Atlantic Bank where he played a colossal role in its growth and development from 1995 to 2007. He has since been the Chief Executive Officer of BOND, which he started from scratch.

- Edwin Kusi-Appiah

is a lawyer with vast experience in the areas of corporate, criminal, maritime and media laws across jurisdictions. Edwin has rendered legal advice to clients in Ghana, Nigeria and Burkina Faso in his area of Knowledge. He has also worked with reputable organisations such as the Graphic Group of Communications and Business and Financial Times. He has had the rare privilege to impact knowledge to students where he has lectured in the fields of advertising, Mass Communication and Media Law. Edwin is also a Partner in the Tema Law firm of Kusi-Appiah and Associates which has particular expertise in: Corporate Laws, Maritime Actions and Criminal Actions Edwin is currently a member of the Ghana Bar Association and Ghana Journalist Association. He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration as well as degrees in Law, English and Communication Studies from the University of Ghana and Ghana Institute of Journalism Respectively.


is a successful investment banker with a proven track record in building profitable client relationships, excellent leadership skills with the vision and perception to transform an organization utilizing acknowledged insight. He is very versatile, having worked in a variety of roles for both local and multinational companies. He was a key member of the pioneering team that built Fidelity Bank and has been credited as being a key part in the success of Standard Chartered, Nigeria, Barclays Bank and Merchant Bank.
